1. Account & Eligibility. BitVerse accounts are for verified students and authorized administrators of the institute only.
2. Student Data. Details such as your name, college, PRN, roll number, branch, year, semester, city, state, phone number (optional) and how you found us (optional) are collected to personalize academic resources and are never sold to third parties.
3. Cookies. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences on this device.
4. Admin Access. Admin credentials are issued directly by the portal team and are separate from regular student accounts.
5. Usage & Activity Data. While signed in, we log which notes/resources you open (subject, file, timestamp) against your account, so we can show you things like recently viewed notes and understand which resources are most useful. We also collect anonymous, non-identifying usage analytics (device type, browser, time spent on pages, and error reports) to improve site performance — this analytics data is not linked to your name or PRN.
6. Account Management. To run the portal, administrators can see your profile details, your last login time, how many times you have signed in and your device type (browser and operating system). An administrator may block an account that misuses the portal. BitVerse is free to use.
